Dance Style Aerobics - Suitable for all levels and a class that will involve aerobic fitness to the latest R&B, Urban and chart music. Excellent for burning fat. |

Studio Strength - Brining your gym workout to the studio! A weighted workout using bar bells to improve muscle tone and posture. |

Sunday Blast - Using boxing techniques but with the use of hand weights. This high energy session engages your cardio system and tones the upper body. |
