A registered and licensed Boxercise Coach, and members of the National Resister for Exercise Professionals, all our are fitness classes are delivered to the highest industry standards. We are also enhanced Criminal Records Beareu cleared.

We offer a range of customised training solutions to help you get in to shape or simply raise your fitness and endurance levels.

A 1-hour personal training session under the guidance of a trainer will provide you with the correct technique to get the best results. Areas of training include:


Strength training - through a series of programmes and nutritional intake you should gain muscle mass, improve posture and improve overall strength and technique.
   
Stay in shape during ante and postnatal pregnancy
   
Nutritional Programmes - Healthy eating plans are all you need to achieve your goal; we can share the secrets of success by advising you on your calorific intake and weight management.
   
  All these programmes are centred on your needs; they cater for a wide range of people with varying fitness goals.
